Interview
There are 3 interviews all together, I was invited for the 1st and 2nd interview over Skype. In the first interview, questions were pretty easy and basic. The interview was very friendly as well. I was invited to the 2nd interview on the day itself after my 1st interview. During the 2nd interview, I was interviewed by 2 person, there were a lot more questions as compared to my 1st session. At the end of the interview, I asked if they were happy with my answers to their questions and they said yes. However I did not get invited to the next stage.

How do you motivate your team when they are demotivated by stress?
The whole recruitment process was straightforward and fast, there were level of interviews. First was HR interview, then a user interview, and finally the final interview. The whole interview process took about 1 month from scheduling, but was about 2 months from application.
