I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Rakuten (Beloit, WI) in Oct 2016
Interview
It was quick and not intimidating. I was nervous at first, but my interviewer made it laid back. She was very nice and described the company and job perfectly. You just answer basic questions about yourself, and do a WPM test.

What are my strengths that would benefit to the job
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rakuten (Beloit, WI) in Nov 2015
Interview
I actually was notified of this position by a temp agency, which is how Ebates in Beloit recruits all of their member service agents. That being said, I didn’t have a phone interview. My first interview was originally with a supervisor but once I got there, they switched it and I interviewed with the general manager. He seemed very nice and laid back, and the interview was pretty standard. After this, I was moved on to the next round which was what they called a “meet and greet”. This round including being in a room with other possible candidates and meeting with employees and answering questions about yourself. As soon as this was over, I received a call from my recruiter offering me the job.
