I was shortlisted for second interview a few days after my first interview. Everything was speedy at the beginning. I’ve followed up a few times a week after the second interview, ended up no response. I understand the HR might be busy and only responsible to contact those shortlisted candidates but it only take you a min to reply a follow up email.
