It was pretty easy to get the position. I applied internally within the company. I had worked there for a year as a courtesy clerk and wanted a better position. I needed more hours. I went from 16 hours a week to 24 hours a week. I needed full time but they wouldn't give that to me.

They (there was two people who interviewed me) asked me 3 basic questions off a longer list, then lastly asked if I had any questions. (definitely prepare questions)
