I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ralph Lauren (New York, NY) in Feb 2013
Interview
Very brief. one interview with HR, one interview with hiring manager, one interview with SVP. The interview with the HR manager was very straight forward - walk me through your resume. He then took the time to put me in contact with the division I would be interviewing for. 30 minutes max with HR. Both interviews with the hiring manager and with the SVP were an hour long. Because it was for an entry level role it was very surface level and less about previous work experience. More about personal style, interests, work ethic and education.

Two interviews in a week meeting with two different members. They were friendly and willing to answer questions about the job. Very short interviews. Asked me so many questions on accountability that made me feel like this job was going to be in a toxic environment

Everyone was really welcoming and nice- great interview process overall! Being over prepared on what answers I wanted to give definitely helped. There was one brief call with someone to go over basic questions and then two official interview rounds after that.
