It comprised of an assessment day including a group task, an individual task and an interview. For the group task we were put into groups, given a spread sheet and 10,000 unites of stock and had 40 minutes, as a group, to choose the stock, amount of stock and allocated stores. The independent task was essentially a small maths test, with 30 minutes to answer questions which asked you to find percentage of profit margins and similar questions. The interview was pretty generic, asking what your strengths and weaknesses were, where you saw yourself in 5 years, why Ralph Lauren, why Merchandising, they were pretty keen on Excel and experience in that.
