Applied online, and the recruiter (Carolyn Ernst) reached out to me to schedule a call. I replied with my availability as requested, and then, crickets for a few days. Had to send a follow-up e-mail, and she apologized for her late response and asked for additional availability since days had passed since our last communication. I responded again, with my availability for the week, and then she completely ghosted me. I followed up again. Crickets. It's mind-boggling that she would reach out to me, just to ghost me. It only takes a few minutes to respond to an e-mail.
