Interview
I was reached out to on LinkedIn by Ralph Lauren HR. The process consisted of two phone interviews (one with HR and one with a potential team member) followed by two in-person interviews. Something that was a bit irritating was you have to keep on top of HR - they're not very proactive. However, this doesn't come close to how disappointing it was that they changed the potential title TWICE during the process. They reached out to me for a Manager position, then changed it to Senior Analyst and then when I got my offer letter it said Analyst. At the time I thought this had something to do with my years of experience, but later found out they do this to a lot of people. How ridiculous.
The interview questions were very basic. They just want to see you're interested in Ralph Lauren and have the skills to contribute to the position.
Many rounds of interview and very very slow progress. Limited communication between candidate and HR during the process. Could feel lost while waiting for their updates or to know whether they are still confirmed to hire for the position.

Straight forward, easy going interview. They’re asking basic questions in regards to the experience and also there was a few that were kind of tricky but once you’re prepared it’s fine. Be ready to talk about challenges and negative experiences if you had any whether is from a colleague or a customer.
