Hi there! Thank you for this feedback, we're very sorry about the bad experience you had here. We clearly did not do a good job communicating how the process was moving forward. Our aim is to keep candidates updated throughout the entire process - but it is especially important when someone has put in the time to meet the team, as you had. We've made changes to our process to address this and hope to do better in the future.
