Interview
The recruiting team at Ramp was prompt to follow up on the status of my application after submission. The recruiter set up a call and did some initial discovery, and outlined high level details about the org, the role, and the interview process. Moving through the steps to an offer went smoothly and my recruiter was available throughout the process for any questions I had. The most challenging portion was the KO call demo, but the instructions were clear and the recruiter called me several days prior to help me understand how to best prepare. It was clear that they wanted me to succeed in this process. The final steps were on par with the rest of the process, and all in all we reached resolution in a little over a month for the whole process.

Interview
Griffin was awesome, really felt like I had my own representative vouching for me throughout the interview process. The feedback given during the mock call was awesome, I love being able to learn from more experienced and talented people, especially ones from a company I already have respect for and will be working with.
