Really thorough interview process, but hands down the best interview process I've been a part of. It demonstrates the importance the company places on the right fit, from both a culture and skills / experience standpoint.
Process included a Recruiter Screen, Initial Hiring Manager Interview, Technical Screen / Product Demo, Cross-Functional Interviews with Sales and Customer Success, Leadership Interview with VP of Sales, and Final Hiring Manager Interview. Everyone was a joy to talk to!
Communication throughout process was excellent and I always knew if I was moved on within 1-2 business days after my interviews. Shoutout to Griffin Hatton, who was absolutely amazing to work with!
My last interview was on a Thursday, and I was reached out to on Monday by Griffin, who told me I was going to get an offer pending final approval by the CEO. Verbal offer on Thursday, written offer on Friday, and I signed my offer the following Monday.
I left the interview process super excited about the company and my role!
