The first round is a resume screen and then you get invited to do a hirevue like interview, asks about you, why ramp, why sales, etc. make sure to look at camera

It was long and pretty extensive, but expected. A few screening calls, initial interview, then a mock sales call. I felt good about all the interviews, and at the end didn't get offered the job but did not receive any feedback as to why.
