I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ramp (Boston, MA) in Apr 2024
Interview
Seems to want to throw you in to the role and be harsh “ no training we are fast pace”. Seem like they don’t want you to succeed and have high expectations.
The first round is a resume screen and then you get invited to do a hirevue like interview, asks about you, why ramp, why sales, etc. make sure to look at camera
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ramp (New York, NY) in Jan 2025
Interview
It was long and pretty extensive, but expected. A few screening calls, initial interview, then a mock sales call. I felt good about all the interviews, and at the end didn't get offered the job but did not receive any feedback as to why.
