Applied online, received a reach out from a recruiter, did a 30 minute phone screen with a recruiter, then a 30 minute phone screen with a hiring manager. Most questions were around my experience and how it relates to the role. A lot of the questions revolved around testing and more statistical analysis than I do in my current role.
