Interview
Came away with distinct impression that Ramp has a disdain for diversity, equity, and inclusion. They have no plans to invest in it as they scale. Only interview I can recall in which I chose to stay closeted.
Thanks for taking the time to interview with us and to share your feedback. I am extremely disappointed to hear that this was the impression given during the interview process. We take your feedback seriously and I’ve passed it along to our Head of People & Talent. If you are open to sharing more about your experience, please contact us at recruiting@ramp.com.
