Ramp Network Strategic Planning Manager interview questions

I was invited to the first stage interview with HR. The overall interview was OK, albeit a bit too structured, the questions weren't too difficult to answer. However I did experience a couple of downsides: One was that when the interviewer went onto a different topic I made a brief comment, not realising I was 'interrupting' her, and she interjected by telling me to "let [her] finish [her] question". I was a bit taken aback as most interviewers just let you say what you want to say and then add on from that. Secondly, I found their job advertising to be misleading. They say on the advert that they promote flexible working yet in the interview I was told that the role is onsite, and to be honest I didn't really understand why.
