It's a long process, but it's worth it. To have almost 1000 team members sold out on the same mission just goes to show they know what they're doing when they hire their people. If you're just looking for a job, look elsewhere. The people that have been hired here were more committed to working at Ramsey Solutions than they were to finding a certain job. First, if your application is accepted, you will do an initial phone screen for 30 minutes. Then you will do a video interview, maybe even a couple before you go in for an in-person interview. It's very possible you will have more than one in-person interview before you do a "half-day," where you basically meet with a handful of leaders back-to-back. Finally, they will meet with you and your spouse over a meal. They do a great job laying everything out on the table up front (interview process, expectations of the role, salary, etc.), so as not to waste anyone's time.
