Interview
Went through an HR screening call, two video interviews, and a follow up interview over the phone before rescinding my application. I had applied for an ACD role only to be informed, after several interviews, that the role was no longer open but were wanting me to consider a lower level design job. In addition, they would require me and my spouse to go through Financial Peace University and to prepare a personal budget for their review. In addition, they asked borderline illegal questions about my finances, credit, and debt.
They were more interested in my willingness to conform to their way of managing finances than my actual skillset and abilities to perform the role I was interviewing for.

Interview
The first interview was a phone call that was very sterile, the person might as well have been a robot. There was no small talk or banter of any kind. She basically just recorded my exact answers to be reviewed by others. Hopefully they are taken in context, but you really don't know what happens on the next stage.
