Interview
You need to attend an assessment prior to the interview. The assessment is to test your communication skills and how you work in a team of 3 or more. Once you're done, they will select the successful candidates for the final interview. It will be a one on one interview with a member of the management team.
The interview process was great. My HR connect was great and informative and engaged. It was a truly great experience. I can recommend everyone to at least have an interview.

Initially, I received an invite to complete a virtual interview which comprised of 10 questions. My responses were video recorded with no opportunity to re-record. You only get one shot! Treat this like a face to face interview. Professional dress and neat appearance. If selected, you will be called for a phone interview with a recruiter and then the actual team manager.
