I had a 40-minute interview with one of the company’s recruiters, where I was told my profile would be shared with specific contacts and that I’d hear back. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no response.
In a market where professionalism and empathy are more important than ever, being ghosted after such an in-depth and promising discussion is extremely disappointing. The way candidates are treated leaves a lasting impression- and poor treatment is always remembered, just as genuine support is. Unfortunately, this experience left me with a negative view of the company’s recruitment practices.
The interview process I experienced was impressively quick and thorough, with a team that remained accommodating throughout. From the get-go, the steps were entirely clear, and the recruiters provided consistent feedback on my application status. This transparency, combined with an interviewer who made me feel completely comfortable, created a professional and welcoming atmosphere that truly stands out.

Standard interview process but felt some concerns when they mentioned that the team was shrinking in size. This was a bit of a red flag with a lot of consultants leaving.

Na hora de abordar e agendar primeira entrevista foram ageis. Participei da primeira etapa, recebi feedback que tinha sido bem avaliada e estavam aguardando retorno para agendar próximos passos. Nunca tive retorno depois disso, mesmo mandando mensagem para saber o prazo que tinham para retornar.
Achei lamentavel a postura da empresa que sempre respeitei, mas o time de Talent Acquisition deixou muito a desejar.
