I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Randstad (Conway, AR) in Jul 2011
Interview
This is a contract firm, the account manager contacted me and described the position. The account manager set up an initial interview within 2 days of original contact. They did follow up before the initial client interview with pointers on what to expect from the client and the various personalities I would be interviewing with. They really give a lot of information on what the client is looking for. Additional follow up was given on the clients response to the interview and how to thank the client for the interview. When I informed them I had additional offers pending they immediately accelerated the interview process to get the 2nd interview and a offer.
