Met with Supervisor and did a 1 hour interview. Then we went out to lunch to get to know each other better. They had me work a few days with them to see how I did and I go the job.

Fairly friendly. First interview was with a recruiter, second one was with three managers. It was a little intimidating the second interview because you felt like you were talking to many different people.

Asked about leadership strategies and how I would go upon it
Talked with the HR, Manager and then VP. Made it quick and easy. Didn't care for the behavioral test. Gave me everything I needed to make a decision and insight on the role and company.
