The interview process was great. I was told how great I was, how they would find me a fit anywhere I was comfortable. Then I was ghosted. I had to chase them for an answer only to be told ‘sorry we decided not to go with you.’ For a company whose entire job is staffing your communication and feedback needs serious work when a potential candidate gets so far in the interview stage. Your process needs work.
