I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Randstad (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2021
Interview
I had a quick call with a recruiter who was extremely informative. I then had a call with a VP who was also great and really engaging. I then had a call with a manager and that wasn’t as great. I was asked really invasive questions like what does your spouse think about you leaving your current role and if my baby was sleeping through the night. I think she was trying to be personable but that was a bit too invasive for me. I was also told it was a very flexible hybrid schedule but turned out to be a 13 week in person full time training. This wasn’t mentioned until the very end of the process.
