I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Randstad (Phoenix, AZ) in Aug 2015
Interview
I applied online and was contacted via phone later in the day. After a quick phone screening, the recruiter set an appointment to meet her in the office later that week. The interview was quick but efficient, and she seemed to have a good understanding of my skill sets and the position available. She submitted my resume to the employer and continued to follow up with me via phone and email over the next few weeks. Unfortunately, in the end, the opportunity never materialized (it was a state job - budgetary constraint), but it was a good experience overall. Randstad is definitely better than the average staffing agency in my opinion. In this area, they do tend to specialize in IT and finance, but the recruiter has kept in contact with me in the event that they have similar openings in the future.

Interview was great. The recruiter was extremely helpful and very personable. The interview itself went very well however I think they were looking for someone with more education than I had to offer. Overall it would have been a sweet gig, but I dident get it.
