I was informed well in advance of what to expect during the interview.
The interview itself was a bit challenging at times, but that was part of the job.
After the first interview, things stayed quiet for a long time. I didn't get a phone call or an email. I was already getting an inkling, so I had sent an e-mail myself. That did get a response that there was no match.
