I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Randstad US in Mar 2016
Interview
I was interviewed by about 3-4 different people all for a few minutes, they were all nice through the process. I should of got hints about what this job entailed through the interview. Found out after I have been here almost 8 months that they have an extremely high turnover and there's been about 60 plus recruiters that have come and gone within a 3 year period. There's already been about 5-6 departures since I've been here. If you don't mind staring at a computer 10 plus hours a day and calling 300+ people a week most of which you can't understand as you are going to be in IT and they are foreigners then this is the job for you. Eventually you just go numb from saying the same voicemail over and over. And good luck getting personal info on some of the accounts looking for highly sensitive info that you would think a scammer was trying to get from you to be able to submit people to roles. Without that info you can't submit them, so you'll lose plenty of great candidates due to that.

They would question why I was interested in getting into recruiting and were trying to talk me out of the position in a way to see how committed I was to the opportunity...I should have listened to them.
