I applied in-person. I interviewed at Randstad US (Bethesda, MD) in Jan 2017
Interview
An easy-going conversation about my skills and qualifications. There were no gotcha-type or stressful questions when interviewing with Randstad. They really were just trying to find out if I were a good match and what I could actually do. On the other hand, we have to frequently interview for each assignment with clients. This is seriously annoying but I've been with Randstad so long that they have a great feel for appropriate assignments for me and I've gotten every single job I've interviewed. This could be really annoying if I were going out to interview for assignments I didn't actually get as you're not paid for this.

The interviewer was very friendly and made me feel at ease. We went through general background questions and then discussed next steps. Very typical for a first round questions. We also reviewed the possibilities for growth and advancement into different roles and departments within the organization.
