I arrived a few minutes early, checked in with the receptionists at the front desk, then was instructed to wait while they contacted HR. After a few minutes of waiting, I was taken the the interviewers office. The interviewer greeted me with a smile and a hand shake. The interviewer asked questions regarding my experience from my resume, and later a few technical questions regarding some of the practices and tools I would be using if I were offered the position. Questions weren't hard, and they were free-form, not off some "interview questions" paper. The interviewer at one point asked what my previous salary was.
