I had a phone call with the manager who then said he'd like for me to come onsite. He did not seem very engaged to begin with. He emailed me and asked for availability, which I gave. I had to send two other follow ups after this email for them to tell me they've decided to go in another direction. I found it very unprofessional to offer an onsite interview, change their mind, but not update me.
