I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Rapleaf (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2010
Interview
I dropped a resume at a college career fair and got an email about a week later. I then took a 1 hour skills test of very basic CS questions and got a call back for a phone interview. I was called about 4 days later by a software engineer who, according to my colleagues, asked the hardest technical interview questions they had ever heard including workplaces such as DE Shaw, Amazon.com, and Google.
