Raptor Technologies interview questions

I had a phone screening with a recruiter, followed by a manager. I was told there was 1 more interview with the director of the department and then 1 more interview with either a C-Suite employee or the team I would be working with. Overall, you can tell that the company really values everyone on the team and they enjoy what they do and where they work. I had a really great experience in both of these interviews and was looking forward to hearing back. Unfortunately, they do choose to ghost you if you are not moving forward, which left a slightly sour taste in my mouth. I followed up 1 week after my second interview and did not receive a response to even that email. I understand that it is a small HR department, however, it’s disheartening after putting so much effort into a company and their interview process to not have that effort in return. I learned that I wasn’t being moved forward when the position was re-posted on LinkedIn.

I got contacted through email and was asked to select a date in the calendar. Set the date and was called on my phone. Told me they were looking to hire in 2 weeks. So if you don't hear something quick you already know you were not considered. Told me there were a bunch of interviews one would have to do to try to get the position. I won't be applying for this company in the future.
