One of the worst interview process I've had. Firstly, the expect you to conduct a code assignment (2-4hour) before even interviewing. I've never seen this attitude ever. Code interview/assignment usually at least comes after first interview. So they obviously do not respect your time. The interview person was several minutes late, didn't even introduce himself (title, name, anything). He asked what I knew about the company and said nothing about the company, or the position/expertise they looked for. The interviewer asked no question about my background or my skill, he just asked what I did at my previous company and asked way too specific question (NDA sensitive questions) and kept asking question even when I answered "sorry, that part I can not share" which he just smirked to. Robotics is a small field so word flies around, and I heard that this practise was not just for me but their de-facto procedure.
