I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ratchford Law Group (Moosic, PA)

Interview

Standard interview with first with the controller, 2nd interview was with owner. Not sure if there is an HR person, but I didn’t meet with them personally, if so. Despite that, they are personable people and answered all of my questions clearly. Communicated frequently during the interview process via email.

Interview was good. Employer was selling the business. Friendly atmosphere and environment was very clean and organized. He was very nice and calm and it looked like a nice place to work. Very open area.
