The interview process was fairly simple. I'm not sure if I will make it to the next round. I assume a recruiter is the person who calls the candidate and will ask simple questions. It was quick and simple.

I'll just say I thought that the interview process was 'interesting'. The interviewer didn't seem that knowledgeable about the field or about what the team is involved in. My questions about potential projects was met with a dead end of vagueness and buzz words. And when asking about qualifications, they insisted I have more client experience. When I asked around online in different web development communities about having experience with clients, most thought it sounded as if they wanted to higher a more senior person so that they could give them junior level pay.
