I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Raven (West Hartford, CT) in Sep 2019
Interview
I quickly got a second round of face-to-face interviews from the application to the first round of telephone interviews. The second round of interviews was a group interview with all of his staff who went to see the second round of interviews. In a place similar to the rest room, the music was very noisy. He will finally state that the position you are applying for is to sell and recruit more people, and there is no basic salary. Just tell you that if you can interview and train more people, you will have the opportunity to become an office worker and get a high salary, but before that you need to work six days a week, you are responsible for transportation expenses, and the weekly work is Ground sales in MALL or other malls, not what marketing.
Went in for a quick 10 minute interview then a lengthy interview afterwards. Got bad vibes and turned down the offer. Wish they had just done one interview the same day instead of making me come back. They also only offered me two days that I could do the interview which were during the same week they called me so I had to quickly take the days off of work.
