About a month after submitting my resume online I received a phone call First HR phone screen from a recruiter about my skills, number of years experience, salary expectations and location and previous work experience. 2 days later an interview was booked with a VP of I.T. This interview was a week later and lasted over an hour. Very informative and good interview. I was excited about the role. 1 week later HR and Department Manager interview in person and that interview was a lot of questions and answers just asked and written down by the Manager of the PMO. 1 week later another Department manager of the PMO interview in person and salary was discussed. At this point I started feeling like she was not open to me being hired but was under some sort of direction. She asked about salary and other than that the interview seemed forced and set with expectations. Overall the interview process was ok. It moved along at a steady pace. Maybe a little more time than required and some repeated questions but you can't blame a company for being detailed and sure of their choices.
