I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Raymond James Financial in Mar 2019
Interview
Overall, the process was straight forward. I spoke with a recruiter, then had a few follow up discussions shortly after.
The recruiter and the interviewers seemed less than enthusiastic about working here, which was off putting as a candidate. Priority was definitely more centered on filling the vacancy ASAP than tuning into career aspirations and understanding how a mutually beneficial working relationship could be established.
Following the interview no additional feedback was provided on the decision of the team.

Question 1
Typical background questions.
An aptitude test.
Questions regarding cultural fit.
Interviewed with three people in the department. The questions were largely behavioral, but one interviewer gave me questions to prepare before the interview while the other two were very casual. Questions were largely what I had expected.
