Interview
HR screening over the phone. Then phone screening with Hiring Manager for about 30 minutes.
Then in-person interviews with the Hiring Manager and their peers and then the Department head.
Interviewed with three people in the department. The questions were largely behavioral, but one interviewer gave me questions to prepare before the interview while the other two were very casual. Questions were largely what I had expected.

What skills would you like to gain/improve in your next role.
Online interview over teams, the interview consisted of a varied mix of technical and non technical questions around typical investment banking themes such as modelling, accounting etc. Overall high difficulty

it is a good interview process with case studies and basic financial questions that you must answer. you should know the basics if you want to succeed in this role and be successful
