I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter, we emailed back and forth until I got my first interview with The store manager and one of the showroom managers. After I passed that one they had me interview with a 2nd showroom manager. It's a 100% commision sales so they don't really care if you have furniture experience they look for someone that knows how to sell.
