Had an initial phone interview. Recruiter shared pay structure with me. Interview scheduled with district sales manager. I met with the district manager in one of her stores. When I mentioned recruiter reviewed pay structure with me, the dm contradicted what I was told previously. My interest in the interview and job immediately soured. Left the interview knowing I would not be considered further. R & F does not train its recruiters properly to conduct interviews. Must be fully knowledgeable about pay, benefits, etc. Very strange questions asked by interviewing manager.
