Interview
I first saw the job listing on careerbuilder.com so I immediately applied and sent my resume.
Two days later I got a phone call from the regional recruiter and had about a 45 minute "phone screening" which was just a phone interview. He was SUPER nice and made me feel very comfortable. After he was finished "screening" me, he set me up with an interview with the store manager.
A few days later I went in to the showroom and met with the store manager for about maybe ten minutes. He was nice and laid back and seemed to really like his job. After a few questions and general conversation, he told me he was going to move me along to the next interview.
A week later I met with the regional manager. He interviewed me for literally 4 minutes and offered me the position. He was warm and also laid back... made it seem like a conversation and not so much an interview.
All in all, the process was pretty serious. You also have to undergo a background check and a HAIR FOLLICLE drug test!
After being offered the position, I had to go away to train for two weeks at the "university" - They put you up in a NICE hotel and also reimburse you for mileage, gas and food!
