Phone screen, and two in person interviews. The interviewers asked me things about my ability to work in a retail environment, nights, weekends and holidays. The interviewer also asked if I have ever worked in a commissioned environment. I believe they were looking for people who can connect with customers and build relationships easily. They also want sales associates that are driven by $$ because the earnings potential is high.
