I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Raymour & Flanigan (New York, NY) in May 2023
Interview
Starts out with a call from the Recruiter. Then you interview with the Director of Sales who then moves you forward to the VP of Sales. Every person that I met with or spoke to were wonderful. I was offered a sales associate position to which I declined.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Raymour & Flanigan (Fairfield, NJ) in Apr 2016
Interview
It began with a phone interview with a recruiter, then an in person interview that went great. I went on to meet with the DM and the seemed not to like me from the beginning. She asked me questions saying "you would have to wear a suit every day, is that going to be a problem" (which I though was odd since I came in a suit). She said she was going to set me up with another interview and then see what they can do about making me an offer. A follow up email let me to "sorry we have no management postions open, would you like sales?". I thought this was very unprofessional since this entire process took a total of 3+ months from interviews to waiting for another interview to hearing a response. I would not recommend applying here unless you have 3+ months to be jerked around.
