Easy and laid back interview process. I received a short phone interview with a Raytheon representative who asked if I was a US citizen and other security based questions and immediately set up a follow up interview with a panel of 3 managers of the tooling group. The actual interview was easy and laid-back. They asked about my design experience and what issues arose in the design process.
