(Jan/Feb 2020) Applied online then received a call about 3 weeks after that from HR to do a phone screen (behavioral questions, nothing to crazy), the next day I had a phone interview with the product team and we discussed my experience and skills. They wanted to fly me out to VA, however, I was not able to go at the time. Had another round of phone interview and was asked again on my experience and skills.
