I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Raytheon (Tucson, AZ) in Oct 2020
Interview
I made the first contact at a university career fair where I hit it off with the recruiter and he connected me with a department head, who sent me off to interview with a few teams. Every single person in each interview was very helpful in giving me information about the company and the culture and in finding out about my skills, experience, and interests. When all was said and done I had a total of 6 interviews before I got an automated email that I was not selected for the position. Of course, no reason was given as to why I wasn't selected, as is common for most any interview process with a big company, but they encouraged me to still apply to other positions. Overall a positive experience. Very nice people at Raytheon.
