I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Raytheon (Tucson, AZ) in Jun 2018
Interview
Very organized production through recruiting and interview process. Invited to stay at a decent resort for the interview. Interview itself was formulaic, like they already knew where to place me. Offered me a lowball downgrade from prior position. Unwilling to negotiate. Severely misread me and my abilities. Rejected offer and was recruited as a Cybersecurity Director at another organization making 170% more than what Raytheon offered.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Raytheon (Goleta, CA)
Interview
Interview went well, I was greeted by the Hiring Manager at the campus in Goleta. It took months for them to get back to me with a denial. I would recommend that they increase their salary for positions. Rent in the area is in the 5K range if you have a family, and Santa Barbara/Goleta is one of the most expensive places to live in the US.
