Interview
The interview process was pretty bad, in the last round the senior designer who lacked communicating skills was trying to point out only the bad in my portfolio. He did not know any of the latest UX tools. Although the office infrastructure looked good. The senior designer who was having one on one interview did not ask anything about the latest trends or the tools used. I felt he rejected me not because of any official reasons.
