I was originally on a phone interview for another position and was offered the chance to be a lead teacher. Went in did a tour of the school and gave a demo lesson.

The school was not prepared for the interview, I waited 30 minutes to start. I was asked to prepare extensively, and did - only to find them unprepared. Most of the interview was me renacting the classroom management skills they demonstrated.

Pretty smooth interview. Asked the basic questions and had the model teach in front of a class. Had very little face time with the principal, received little feedback on the lesson, but got a phone call later with the job offer.
