Interview
The interview will be of 3 rounds.
1. Aptitude
2. Procedure writting - Where a set of instructions will be dictated for only one time the candidate has to take notes of it and then type it in the system.
3. Assessment - This will be for 6 days (in office). Where 60+ cases will be assigned and the candidate has to process without any errors. Demonstration on how to process will be given along with the practice cases.

The first round of the interview is Aptitude test and the second round will be procedure writing assessment where you will be given training for 2 hours and after that you need to prepare or type the document in your own words by using the notes that they've provided during the training session.
